At least 1 bed/bath is required, but we are open to anything within reason. We would prefer a furnished place. Budget is up to $4-5K per month.
We are ideal renters, and will take great care of wherever we live. We are both young professionals. Neither of us are smokers, party-ers, etc. We also do not have pets or children. She is a post-grad student taking online classes, and I am a construction project manager working on a project on 30A. We are currently on a 6 week lease in a 4 br/4 ba in seacrest, but that will end on 6/14. I can provide a reference from our current landlord if needed to display our qualifications as renters.
