My wife and I are building in Inlet Beach with an expected completion date of Oct 27 (or sooner). Our home here locally has sold WAY faster than expected and we are closing in July. We would love to find something for July - October and are completely flexible on most criteria!
About us: Married couple, early 30's, keeps an impeccably clean home, 1 small Maltese dog (neutered and under 10 pounds), 1 small cat (both house trained.. including the husband)
What we are seeking: From a Carriage House to a 2BR or 3BR.. we are open. This will be a four month adventure and we are open to all property types.
