We see Dr Sprenkle in Destin and love her. She is warm, friendly, kids love her, and it's fairly easy to get an appt and call back quickly. I wish she was closer but she's the best we have found around here.
I heard this week that the dr who joined 30a chiropractic specializes in peds. You may check that office out as it's close by.

We use Dr. Sprenkle too- love her!
We use Dr. Ricky Viator at Sacred Heart Medical Group (next to the hospital on Mack Bayou). He is WONDERFUL!! The staff is very nice. Dr. Sprenkle is great too (just too far away). My experience is if you call his office with a question/concern regarding your child he will speak with you directly vs. his nursing staff relaying the message. His # is 850.278.3940. Good Luck!
