Needing a long term rental beginning in Jan 2015 (possible Dec) for a yr with possible extension for another year. We will be building on our lot within this time frame.
We need it to be doggy friendly (2-4 lbs. small breed dogs) and prefer the east end as that is where the majority of our business associates are located.
