New Homes Sales Agent Martelle Homes – Santa Rosa Beach, FL Seeking ENERGETIC licensed Real Estate Agent with previous experience to work Residential Home sales within the Santa Rosa Beach Area. Attitude, aptitude, ability and commitment will be key traits of the successful candidate. Position Requirements: Must be charismatic, good with customers, personable, self-motivated, possess strong leadership, communication, organizational and computer skills. Essential Functions & Responsibilities of the model sales agent: -- Familiarize himself/herself with all of the project marketing plans, marketing plat, standard features and community covenants. Being knowledgeable on the Martelle Homes Contracts and Exhibits. -- Participate in the pre-construction planning sessions and understanding the unique characteristics of the building process. -- Participate in organization, maintaing files and customer registration cards. -- Become completely knowledgeable on selections and standard features. -- Assist in determining and recommending improvements in methods, schedules, and procedures where practical. -- Ensure that all customers are following the Martelle Homes Process. -- Ensure material and information is handed off to the Martelle Homes construction team. -- Maintain weekly sales log. -- Participate in weekly meetings with the sales manager. -- Compile Punch List items you notice missing in homes and present to the Sales Manager and Project Manager. Successful candidate must be able to Communicate clearly and demonstrate good customer service.. We offer a split commission on homes sold for a part time agent working two days a week. The agent that comes in part time will have the opportunity to be full time at our next community. Hours: Required to be at the model home Thursday and Friday from 12pm to 5pm.
