NO family needs preschool recommendations

Trying to get info for a NO family relocating to the area. They need recommendations for preschools...please post any info that you have.

just received info about The Roane School....can anyone provide any info about it? price? do they have openings? would you recommend?

Not sure about contact info or other particulars but St. Rita's Catholic Church has a preschool program that started last year and is already well thought of.

My 4 yr old goes to Roane school full time. he loves it. $146 per week. May be more for an infant. Very clean, good food, nice teachers.

Okaloosa County office: 850-833-9333
Walton County office: 850-892-8560

Speaking from experience, there are not a lot of day care options in Walton County. Here are some that I know about. I will complete the following list when I hear from Walton Child Care Services (they are faxing a list to me):

St. Rita Catholic Church (Santa Rosa Beach) - 850-267-2761
Creative Learning Center (Destin) - 850-654-7274
The Roane School (Destin) - 850-650-0137
South Walton Montessori Academy (Rosemary Beach) - 850-231-5955

I would imagine there are quite a few child care centers in the Fort Walton Beach area.

I expected that. There is rarely room in normal times.

TAKE NOTE - a daycare business in SoWal would be an excellent business to start.
