    30a Local Properties is looking for enthusiastic, detailoriented person to manage our office in Grayton Beach. As the Office Czar, youwill be responsible for managing full day to day operations of 30a LocalProperties, including real estate related duties and social networking(Instagram and Pintrest addicts preferred). This is an incredible opportunityfor the right individual to get in on the ground floor with an amazing realestate company.

    Candidates should have recent experience in managing an office.Current Florida real estate license (or desire to acquire one) is stronglypreferred. Strong customer service and administrative skills are key. Thismeans that you know the basics of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks and you are sodetail oriented that you will pick up the grammatical error in the precedingsentence. As you will be the firstperson many of our customers talk to, excellent communication skills is a must. And finally, you have the ability to identifyLocals with swagger and the desire to work with them.

    Real estate related and other duties:
    Activate and completeall paperwork for new real estate agents
    Review all listing andcontract files for accuracy and compliance
    Prepare schedule, manageand edit changes
    Supports the Locals asneeded
    General bookkeepingduties including data entry
    Welcomes visitors;answer phones and refers inquiries
    Sets the tone of theoffice by maintaining a positive attitude with everyone
    Other duties as assigned
