Local Property Management Company looking for full time Maintenance Person with Landscaping experience.
Qualifications
This position requires a dynamic and motivated self-starter who is capable of working both alone and with a team. This position requires the ability to complete multiple projects while maintaining the general requirements of the position in a time-sensitive environment. Local Landscaping knowledge and exemplary customer service are required of this position. Candidates must possess at least 2-3 years of landscape experience.

Overview of Position
This person is directly responsible for performing landscape maintenance, irrigation and assorted maintenance tasks/inspection as needed. Must have a drivers license and a good driving record.
This position is directly responsible for:
•Accurate assessment of the scope of customer projects
•Creating and innovative design recommendations including applicable plant material recommendations
•Product coordination from design and installation
•Timely and exceptional customer follow-up
