- Motivated and proficient at problem-solving so that office revenue goals are met by managing tasks such as scheduling, accounts payable/receivable, and expenses
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to form great relationships with our team and with our clients
- Strong dedication to accurately completing administrative functions
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting, payroll, budgeting and financial reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of Excel and Word, and ability to adapt to industry specialized accounting system.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasker who has the proven ability to lead as well as be hands-on in a sometimes fast-paced small organization.
- Ability to consistently adhere to the demands of our team.
- Experience managing in construction or another fast-paced, highly interactive customer service atmosphere
- Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs
- Quickbooks/bookkeeping experience
- Customer service and team oriented
- Organizational mindset with ability to be flexible and think outside-the-box
- Good sense of humor
