I am looking for someone to be an office manager with some retail management experience. Ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills & abilities: Very organized & detail oriented. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Have good basic computer skills. Some bookkeeping experience is a plus. Ability to multi-task. Ability to prioritize & follow through on tasks to completion. Weekly preparation of employee schedules. Ability to lead employees and direct work responsibilities. Ability to meet with vendors and maintain relationships with them. Ability to place orders for products for the market and assist with kitchen product orders. Familiarity with retail POS system, including maintenance of existing data base and new inventory input. Ability to identify and react to maintenance issues. Willingness to learn and work as a Cashier. Willingness to learn all aspects of business (retail & café) in order to effectively manage overall operation of business. Maintain appearance of market and café. Some merchandising & creativity skills a plus. Reliable transportation. Flexible work schedule. Assist owner with other duties as needed.
