Our growing Property Management Company has an excellent opportunity for an organized, task-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our team! We work in a fast paced hospitality industry that is customer service focused. The Operations Manager will assist the Owner with the daily business operations, administration, owner inquiries, and management of rental properties, while assuring the company’s standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. This Operations Manager will work closely with the owner, employees, vendors, and housekeeping staff. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Manage daily priorities and communicate them to team members Collaborate with other team members and coordinate business operations to ensure all properties are well maintained and prepared for rental Perform administrative and operational support for owner-related inquiries, last minute needs, and property management Monitor work flow of property maintenance operations to ensure compliance with company standards (Work with Owner, Vendors, Employees and Housekeepers) Responsible for updating and maintaining the daily operations of business, and implementing policies and procedures Manage and oversee weekly housekeeping processes, linen inventory, and assist with property inspections Qualifications and Requirements: 2+ years of Business Operations or Property Management industry experience preferred Must be able to work independently, and able to work in a fast paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and possess strong follow-up skills Excellent interpersonal skills; Interacts effectively and works well with others Intermediate proficiency with: Microsoft Word, Excel (or similar applications) Share weekly On-Call duties with other team members Salary based on experience.
