Should toliet paper unroll from over or under the roll. I think women are set in whichever way their comfy with while i think men just don't give a crap.Thought this might generate some thoughts!

Over, but in my house men don't know how to put it on either way. And since Molly came ours are located on top of the tank, since she like to pull them all the way off.
