Wearing my graphic designer hat here: I'm actually impressed. I do think this will help. Pictures lodge in the memory better than words, and this one is simple, clear and the blue color catches the eye. Most will take note of it at some level as they pass. A good graphic to add to our rental guidelines maybe.
