    P/T Book Keeper for Vacation Equipment Rental Company on 30A

    Must be able to maintain and oversee automated payroll and associated filings. Must have an understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Accounts. Knowledge of QuickBooks is Mandatory as well as Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel and other commonly used software. Must be able to keep up with payroll and tax requirements. Be able to reconcile payroll hours as well as bank and credit card statements. Set up billing invoices for services provided. Match statements to invoices and create daily deposits.
