Looking for an organized, efficient assistant who is able to multi-task and support an Executive of a Consulting Firm. Duties include but are not limited to: General administration, Itinerary's, editing articles, marketing support as well as creating presentations and management tools.

The individual must be an organized, reliable, responsible and proactive individual.
Must be proficient in Powerpoint, Word & Excel and able to work efficiently using a Mac computer. Writing, Dictation and Transcription are also necessary, as we write articles for a quarterly magazine.

Part time employment (minimum 2 days a week).

This job will offer the freedom to work from home on projects on many occasions utilizing tools such as GoToMeeting, however there is often much collaboration required and the assistant must be able to respond to requests in a timely manner.
