- Answer questions + offer assistance to customers
- Assist in displays of merchandise, organizing + stocking the sales floor
- Maintain professional attitude + appearance reflecting our commitment to customer service
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers + remaining flexible
- Unpack, tag, and stock merchandise
- Keep the store organized + clean
- Develop + maintain superior product knowledge by reading training manuals + attending monthly product training sessions
- Experienced in a retail environment
- A team player who is able to connect with customers + employees
- Able to foster a healthy + pleasant working environment
- Able to take initiative + follow direction
- Have the ability to proficiently work in Point of Sale systems + other PC based computer programs
- Perform transactions quickly + efficiently
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Gmail, + Windows 10
- Marketing + Social Media experience is a plus
- College degree is a plus
