If you know of anyone who you think might be interested, please pass this on.

I am getting ready to build on my lot in beautiful Cypress Dunes, a new resort development on Florida's Emerald coast, very close to Sandestin (and near Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton), and I am looking for a partner or partners.

-Development by well-known Atlanta & Watercolor builder,John Willis
-Gorgeous natural setting on gulf with protected State land surrounding.
-Fabulous club with huge infinity pool overlooking Gulf finished for Summer 2006!

Houses:
-Gracious layouts with private baths and comfortable living areas.
-Lots of outdoor porches & living

Partners:
Cost- will need to have it is set up properly legally to protect everyone
I am open to different options for holding/length of keeping, etc

*Another ideal scenario might even be to have up to 6 partners where everyone pays w/ home equity, cash or other means so there is no loan, and then everyone divides up the year ( 2 months each + throughout the year) and could later sell their individual deeded portion.

House Plan:
Laredo is the one I am considering.
... 2 story 3 br/ 3.5 baths , nice porch areas.
Lulwater is another, slightly more expensive that fits on the lot.

My lot, #114, uniquely on the Cypress Pond

Is there any beach access near there. Like within walking distance?
The closest Public Access is at the end of South Bishop Rd, about 1 mile from the entrance to Cypress Dunes.
