The nomination period for the 2022 Perfect in South Walton Awards is now open. Visit South Walton is taking your nominations from Aug 16 thru September 10, 2021.

Visitors and locals alike can nominate their favorite businesses, events, and activities in an online form on perfectinsouthwalton.com.

Visit South Walton will open up voting on the top five nominations for each category. Voting period is Sep 27 thru Oct 22, 2021.

The rules are simple and you may vote just once. Awards include three levels per category: Diamond, Platinum and Gold.

Award winners will be announced in the Perfect in South Walton Awards presentation in January 2022.

Categories range from dining, coffee, wine and beer, selections, and music to golf, fishing, events, art, parks and more areas of interest unique to South Walton Florida.

This is a great way to recognize the amazing people and businesses that make our community so interesting and amazing. Good luck friends, partners and all in SoWal!

The nomination period for the 2022 Perfect in South Walton Awards will be open from Aug. 16 until Sept. 10. Visitors and locals alike can nominate their favorite businesses, events, and activities in an online form on perfectinsouthwalton.com.

“The Perfect in South Walton Awards are not only a great way to honor our businesses, events, and activities in South Walton, but also a way to keep our visitors talking about their favorite memories,” says Visit South Walton Director of Communications Matt Algarin.

Nominations can be made in as many or as few categories as you wish, but only one online form per person will be accepted. Visitor-facing businesses may encourage their guests, customers, followers, friends and family to nominate them in any of the thirty categories. Businesses and/or individuals must primarily serve or do business in Walton County to qualify, and businesses and/or individuals who provide beach services (i.e. photographer and beach vendor) must hold a current vendor permit with the Walton County Code Compliance department to be considered. The top five nominees in each category will move on to the final voting round, which begins Sept. 27 and ends Oct. 22. The top three businesses with the highest number of votes in each category will be recognized as Diamond, Platinum or Gold winners at the Perfect in South Walton Awards presentation in January 2022. These winners will be promoted in print and online by Visit South Walton throughout the year.
