Stay home, stay safe! The Governor of Florida has officially issued a stay-at-home order for all non-essential activities.
Planet Secure qualifies as an “essential business” which means we will be able to continue to serve your security and data network needs during this time. We have been monitoring the global situation diligently and preparing for this to occur, so we’re well equipped and ready to keep you safe and secure during this unprecedented time.
We are focusing on maintaining and upgrading our clients alarm systems, camera systems, access control systems, and wifi networks. We are well stocked and ready to keep you safe and streaming.
If you have a Planet Secure service call or installation, these are the procedures we are following as a company:
1. Those Planet Secure team members that can work from home will be doing so.
2. Our office is constantly being disinfected and only one team member will be onsite at any given time.
3. Each technician will be coming in every morning at different times. Loading up material for the day and immediately leaving the office. No team member will come within 6ft of another team member.
4. Once the technician arrives at your house or business, he will be careful not to touch anything not required by the task at hand. He will not come within 6ft of any of our customers.
5. Upon departure, the technician will disinfect his hands and any tools used to do the job. Then move onto the next job site.
6. Technicians will NOT be riding together to any job or working closely at any job site.
