....Point Washington Apartments is the first and only site in Walton County to gain approval for beach to bay access.

Response from developer:

The property is being endorsed by Beach to Bay Connection – A South Walton Coastal Conservancy. See attached. They are an active greenway trail conservation group recognized by Walton County. The attached greenway trail map is endorsed by the county.

Beach to Bay Connection does NOT endorse this or any development. Had not heard of this until someone sent me a link to this thread. I don't know who the developer is and have never spoken to him. The mission of Beach to Bay is to protect the conservation lands in South Walton.
