Join us for a Totally Awesome 80's Adult Prom benefiting CVHN

Totally Awesome 80s Prom takes place on Friday, March 27th at Shoreline Church in Destin, Florida.
This 80’s themed adult dance party will include all your favorite music from the coolest decade ever, contests, prizes and tasty desserts from local eateries. Party will be hosted at the former Night Town building, AKA Shoreline Church, from 7 til 11:00 p.m. Tickets available online now.

Join us for a night filled with dancing, dessert, entertainment, and prizes....and the outfits will be tubular! Cash bar will be available. Don't come solo....bring a friend and purchase a couple's ticket!

18 and older may attend. All proceeds benefit CVHN's programs (more info below).

Children’s Volunteer Health Network Hosts First Event in Okaloosa County

Totally Awesome 80s Prom will Shake You All Night Long

(MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.) March 2, 2020Break out your hair crimper, blue eyeshadow, and Aqua Net, Children’s Volunteer Health Network is hosting their first event in Okaloosa County, “Totally Awesome 80s Prom.”

Hosted at Shoreline Church in Destin, this 80s themed adult dance party will be held on Friday, March 27, starting at 7:00 p.m. and is going to be like, totally awesome. Tickets include beer, wine and tasty desserts from local eateries like Nothing Bundt Cake, The Melting Pot, Krispy Kreme and Jillian’s Sugar Shack. Attendees will have a blast with some totally tubular contests like best dressed and best dance moves. A Quinn Erwin Pop-Up band will close out the night with all the best tunes from the 80s. Don’t stop believin’ that this party is going to be amazing!

“While our strongest presence and community involvement has always been in Walton county, we have actually been providing free healthcare services to children in Okaloosa County since 2005,” said CHVN’s Executive Director, Brian Lowe. “We’re excited to begin hosting more events in Okaloosa County.”

If you want to dance with somebody to music from the coolest decade ever, get your tickets now! Tickets are $50 per person or $75 for a couple. Tickets are available now through Eventbrite. All proceeds will benefit CVHN’s current vision and dental programs, as well as their future mental health services.

Children’s Volunteer Health Network is a local non-profit that serves children in need by providing dental and vision services. They have exciting projects coming in 2020 and beyond, including behavioral/mental health services for at-risk children. This school year alone, they will provide preventative dental care to 1,000 children through their mobile dental clinic that travels to elementary schools in Okaloosa and Walton Counties.
