Professional, reliable, non-smoker with no pets that just moved to the area in July of 2015. I am looking for a long term rental situation, preferably a 1-2 bedroom furnished/partially furnished within the next month or two. (My lease ends late Feb, but I have the option to extend until April if necessary). I currently live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath furnished condo in Sandestin with the utilities inclusive in the rent but I am completely open to other areas if it is the right fit.
There seems to be a shortage of clean and reliable long term rentals that I've seen so any options at all would be appreciated. (Furnished, unfurnished, more than 1-2 bedrooms etc.)
