We are a growing boutique property management company on 30A, looking to add to our Property Management Department. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, communication and the level of care that goes into our relationships with homeowners and guests. This position will support all aspects of multiple rental and non rental properties in the area ensuring the highest levels of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate would support management across all departments to ensure all parties are aware of owner and guests’ needs. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors & housekeeping, completing light property maintenance, assisting in overseeing seasonal projects, and facilitating the upkeep of properties.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow checklist to inspect homes/condos for damage after a guest departs
- Follow checklist to inspect homes/condos to ensure cleanliness and everything is in working order before a guest arrives
- Light maintenance (change air filters, light bulbs, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- “Hands on” work style
- Attention to detail
- Must have valid drivers license
- Focused, independent worker with a great attitude
- Must have own transportation
- Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday
- Understanding of technology and use of apps (will have to be willing to use your own smart phone)
- Polished professional appearance and demeanor
