The Property Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Property Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to all assigned homeowners, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Ideal candidates will have experience dealing with business executives in a professional setting.There are many responsibilities that a Property Manager at 360 Blue will take on, but some of the most important and basic include: client communication, conflict resolution, partnership development, project management, and an abundance of guidance, support, and reassurance.YOU. . .
