Please restrain yourself from editorailizing in threads about specific properties for sale. We would like to help people who are honestly trying to sell properties. Please show the same respect that you would if you were visiting your neighbor, whose house is on the market, or a friendly neighborhood open house.
If you have a need to give your opinion about the state of the market, your opinion of a particular subdivision, the appearance of a pool, etc. - please do so in an existing general thread, or feel free to start a new one.
