Sand Dollar One, a hospitality industry leader, is currently searching for enthusiastic, charismatic, and upbeat individuals preferably with experience in a reservations or call center atmosphere to work in our Santa Rosa Beach, Florida office. This person will help ensure that our guests are experiencing First-Rate Service whilst fulfilling the duties that the position entails.

JOB DUTIES:

(Including, but not limited to the following)

* Consistently provide exceptional customer service.

* Answer and/ or help with incoming calls, emails, and office visits.

* Book, cancel, and/or modify reservations.

* Strong project management, time management, and be able to multitask.

* Utilize clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: (The following experience and qualifications are a must to help ensure the First-Rate Service that we expect to achieve)

* CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMUNICATION:

Reservation Specialists talk, listen, and help resolve conflicts with customers. An expert communicator will be able to listen effectively to find the root causes of issues, and communicate clearly and in a friendly way to solve the issue and keep the customer happy.

* PATIENCE: Reservation Specialists might have to deal with confused or irate customers. Having patience will help you stay polite, even in stressful situations.

* PROBLEM SOLVING: Reservation Specialists will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand. Being able to solve with a customer will help in your success.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Education: High school education or equivalent preferred.

* Experience: Reservations/Call center preferred.
