The Restaurant Manager at The CITIZEN must be able to wear many hats and wear them well. He/She is responsible for helping oversee the restaurant in its entirety, including supporting servers and hosts, working expected kitchen shifts, and training staff, among other duties that ensure team engagement and guest satisfaction. The position requires a high amount of self-motivation and dedication, all while leading the team in an open, positive, and approachable manner.
