Allison Craft Designs is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to manage our award winning Grayton Beach studio.
Job description
The studio manager must take pride in representing the company’s value of true Artisan jewelry and original designs.
As the Studio Manager you will follow company guidelines that help to promote and grow the brand by creating a WOW! experience. Customers should have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience when visiting the studio.
The key responsibilities are:
Business development and marketing
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
Develop brand awareness within the community and promote whenever possible
Day to day and monthly managerial paperwork. (sales reconciliation, bank deposits, sales reports)
The ability to communicate with customers and understand the design process enough to find the perfect piece for each customer.
Make sure studio is clean and fully stocked.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers and the community.
Inventory:
Responsible for studio inventory: monitoring stock levels, and relaying needs to owners
Loss Prevention
Display designs accurately and in the style that the studio is known for
Computer skills to work POS system, inventory and accounting programs
Skills & Qualifications:
Very strong work ethic, self-motivated
Passionate about the jewelry and design process
High energy, positive & optimistic personality
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Time management
Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
Communication skills: excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills
