I could just see it now. "The Incontinence Adventure Boat" by Detrol Cruise Line.

Once you get the incontinence under control, instead of towel animals or Depends, you get a purple pill.

don't forget the viagra/cialis/levitra sponsorships !

Michigan but someday in SoWal as well
Sounds like a great plan. I'd go for Homewood Suites, though, so I'd have two rooms and a small kitchen and would earn "points" that I could then use to travel and stay at other Homewood Suites/Hilton. I really like the cruise ship idea. Perhaps SoWal for part of the year, Michigan for another part of the year, and a cruise ship for the other part of the year.

Never heard of Homewood Suites. Do they have those down south? Are they nice. I bet Michigan is pretty this time of year. Tennessee is getting all green too.

I spent a good bit of last year in a Homewood Suite in Rochester, NY.

The rooms are typically 1 bedroom suites with kitchen and living room. They include breakfast, happy hour and (sortof) dinner.

They are part of the Hilton Chain, so you earn HHonors points and you can cash in Hilton points for a room at them.

They are a step up from Hampton Inn, on a par with Marriott Residence Inn.

You know, I used to waitress at a HoJo's when I was 18 or so. We had an older lady who actually DID this. She had a room there, and ate most of her meals at the restaurant. We'd cook her whatever she wanted, and just put it on her room tab (with a 50% discount, apparently something she negotiated with the manager).
She was a doctor, had never married, and had no kids. I think she even had visiting nurses come by a few times a week to check up on her.
So this isn't too far off!
