Rheem model RTG-64XLP instant tankless water heater for LP gas and outside installation. We have converted to natural gas, and no longer need this LP heater. Excellent condition--fully functional and rarely used since new (three years ago). Also included are the brass cold/hot water fittings (see pictures), Rheem UMC-117 Main Remote Controller (for setting water temp from inside the house), and the Rheem Use and Care Manual.
