Looking for a female roommate in her 20’s to rent my second bedroom. I live in the Sanctuary apartments in Santa Rosa Beach and am looking for someone to move in as early as January 1, 2019. I like to keep things clean, am a non-smoker, and don’t have any pets. The apartments are brand new and I’m the first resident to live in my unit. The room can be furnished or not.
