I am looking for a clean, responsible and olderish (40+) roommate to share a place to rent ( pref a house) on west end of PCB or adjoining end of 30A, I will have 2 old dogs coming with me, one of which doesn't like other pets so no animals please. Looking for easy going and fun but no party animals inside the house. I am returning to the area from Texas so I just need a couple of months to plan, prefer March or April. I am wanting to return to school so I would like to keep payment each around 650.00. Thanks!
