Seeking a responsible (preferably) female roommate to rent the other room in my current home prior to December 1. You will have your own private bathroom. The room is unfurnished.

House has new appliances, countertops, flooring and insulation. W/D in unit.

No smoking. No cats. Rent is $950.. including water. Chelco electric and Century Link internet. The lease ends in June 2019
