My current roommate is leaving and I need someone to take over his lease when he leaves in April.
Average monthly rent with be $850 (includes water, electric, internet, trash).
The apartment is animal friendly but with a limit of two per household.
Cats do not require any additional fees, but dogs require additional deposit and rent.
I am just a tenant of the apartment complex and do not have control over pricing so it is not negotiable.
