The Rosemary Beach community pools will remain closed to abide by the recommendations made by the CDC and the State of Florida.
In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to protect health and safety through proper social distancing, the existing policies, rules, and regulations in effect on the beaches within Rosemary Beach shall be modified as follows:
Housekeeping Sanitation Guidelines
We have modified our housekeeping standards to keep our guests, employees, and community safe.
Maintenance Guidelines
The Rosemary Beach community pools will remain closed to abide by the recommendations made by the CDC and the State of Florida.
In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to protect health and safety through proper social distancing, the existing policies, rules, and regulations in effect on the beaches within Rosemary Beach shall be modified as follows:
- Beach Service: RBPOA Beach Service will set up beach chairs with 10 ft spacing.
- Walkovers: The walkovers shall be designated for use in one direction only (either up from the beach or down to the beach) and certain walkovers may be closed from time to time to promote orderly use, to allow for cleaning or other use by staff in performing their duties. The walkover gates shall be secured open between 8 AM and 5 PM, to limit the need for Owners, guests, and staff to touch the locksets and gates.
- Hours: The beaches shall be closed to all persons between the hours of 9 PM and 5 AM. POA staff may request the assistance of local officials, including the Sheriff’s Office and County Code Enforcement, in the event persons refuse to comply.
Housekeeping Sanitation Guidelines
We have modified our housekeeping standards to keep our guests, employees, and community safe.
- Housekeeping teams will use products that meet the CDC/EPA guidelines approved and effective for use against virus, bacteria, and other pathogens
- Special attention is paid to disinfect “high-touch” areas (doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, etc.)
- Things may look a little different, we have removed decorative soft items (throw pillows, blankets, etc.)
- Housekeepers and Inspectors wear mask and gloves upon entering the home
- Soft surfaces and upholstery will be sanitized
- In an effort to limit guest/staff contact, midweek linen exchanges will not be available.
Maintenance Guidelines
- All guests will vacate the home before maintenance staff enters
- Technicians will wear gloves and masks at all times and dispose of properly after exiting
