Now in our 5th year, the RUN/SUP® Summer Race Series is coming up this Summer 2020! Every Friday in June and July, the 2020 RUN/SUP® Race Series will consist of a one mile trail run followed by a one mile stand up paddle board (SUP) competition. Ages 12 and up.
All races start from the BoatHouse Paddle Club, RUN/SUP®’s flagship location in WaterColor, Florida. The trail run will be on the trails in WaterColor and the stand up paddle board portion of the race will be held on Western Lake.

Girls Sweat 30A Middle School
Wednesdays at the BoatHouse 3:45pm - this program is active now
Girls Sweat 30A is a fun, positive, and empowering environment that will create a lifelong pursuit of health and wellness for girls of all ages. Sessions will introduce a variety of fitness activities to each level. This program will develop a positive attitude towards fitness and girls will walk away with confidence.

Wednesdays and Fridays meet at RUN/SUP store in Seagrove Beach at 7am - store is located behind Whiskey Bravo. Runners and walkers welcome!
The RUN/SUP shop is open in Seagrove Beach! Come shop for fitness clothing, gear and run/walk shoes you'll love.
