RUN/SUP is starting a RUN training series for the Seaside School Half Marathon & 5K beginning December 8 at the BoatHouse Paddle Club in WaterColor and the RUN SUP Seagrove Store. Sign up! runsup.com
Train for the 2019 Seaside Half Marathon! This 12 week program is led by experienced coaches and mentors. Included in the program are weekly training sessions, 12 week plan, guidance on nutrition, injury prevention and cross training.
Training Starts: Saturday, December 8th 7am
Location: RUN/SUP Seagrove or Boathouse Paddle Club
-Weekly Long Runs will be held on Saturdays 7am
-Speedwork Wednesdays 7am
-Alternate runs Mon/Thurs 7am
-Free optional cross training classes
Race Day: Sunday, March 3, 2019
Benefits:
-2 coached training sessions per week(speedwork and long run)
-Certified coaches and mentors along the way
-Education on proper form, pacing, fueling, stretching and more.

Registration Details:
12 week program paid in full $150 (www.runsup.com/classes)
or
$55 per month (call 850-231-0469)
-Training does not include race entry fee
-No refunds, exchanges or transfers
Suggested Activity Level Prior To Training:
-Run with a pace of 15 minute per mile or faster
-Start training program with being able to comfortably run a 5 mile distance for a long run
-We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a fitness program
