Rental Rate Includes: Taxes, Water, Sewer, Cable, Internet and Trash. Renters required to pay their own power but will not be required to pay Tourism Tax if longer than 6 months..
Destin Resort RV Park - is in a small gated community of 31 lots individually owned and is a south 2 block walk to public access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Miramar Beach.
Below are the Park's Rental rules. All Tenants must read, understand, agree to follow and sign prior to rental period These rules are strictly strictly enforced by Homeowners Association, Owners and Guests. Violators will be asked to leave the park
*Only self contained RV’s 27ft to 45ft in length in good condition with a valid license plate are permitted on RV Sites.
*Storage of boats utility trailers or tow dollies are NOT permitted on RV sites or common ground Unless board members pre-approve temporary permit
*Only one RV, two vehicles, car or truck and one LSV(low†speed†vehicle) are allowed on any one lot. All vehicles must fit on the lot and can NOT stick out into common area
*No automobile or small engine repair permitted in Park. This would included, but not limited to car, truck or motorcycle
*Rental sites are to be occupied by not more than 5 Family Members Primary tenant must be over the age of 25. No long term overnight guest are allowed other than family
*Tenants are responsible for maintaining their sites in an orderly and neat manner clean and free of debris and clutter.
*Tenants are responsible for repair to any damage to owner and or Park property including but not limited to gate, structures and landscaping.
*Speed limit is 5MPH at all times
*Trash must be placed in dumpster located next to the front gate behind closed doors. No outside dumping.
*Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am
*Tenants are allowed to have two maximum 40 lb pets per lot. No vicious or nuisance
pets or exotic pets are allowed in park. Pets are to be on a maximum 6’ leash at all time in the park Park lots and common ground are NOT to be used by pets. Take your pet outside the gate to the south side “natural area’ for these duties. No tethering or chaining of pets on lot.
*Smoking is not permitted in the restrooms or Anywhere around the fenced pool area and Proper disposal of butts must be used within the park
Tenants Guests are NOT PERMITTED to use the pool without tenant and limited in number. Swimming Pool area hours are 8am to 9pm. A responsible adult must accompany children under 14 years while utilizing the swimming area and restroom.
*Rules and Warnings posted in pool area must be observed and followed at all times. Floats, Noodles,etc, are not to be left in or around pool area when not in use.
*Use of clubhouse, storeroom, area and equipment is restricted to owners use only.
*Restrooms are for those using Clubhouse and Pool area and are NOT to be used as a second bathroom or for personal hygiene, shaving or hair coloring, etc. Tenants are responsible for cleanup of restrooms and pool area
Any use of profane or vulgar language, signage or clothing is not permitted or tolerated.
*ILLEGAL DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PREMISES AT ANYTIME AND IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND GROUND FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION. Tenants will be held responsible for their guests.
*Non Compliance with the Rules and Regulations of Resort RV Park will result in the following:
1st Offense: Verbal Warning
2nd Offense: $100 fine payable to Resort RV Park
3rd Offense: Removal from park of the RV and all Tenant accessories.
