SANDESTIN TRIATHLON TRAFFIC ALERT
The South Walton Fire District will once again be providing Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Lifeguard Water/Rescue Support for the 32nd Annual Sandestin Triathlon scheduled for September 8, 2018 from 6am-10:30am.
As a reminder to all our residents, visitors and guests alike, the following section of roadways will be closed or partially closed until 9:30am.
•One eastbound lane of U.S. Highway 98 from Sandestin Blvd South to West County Highway 30A will be closed.
•County Highway 30A from U.S. Highway 98 to S. County Highway 83.
Please adjust your travels accordingly.
Don’t forget that many athletes, emergency responders and race volunteers will be along the course during these hours, so we ask that you remain alert and avoid distracted driving.
