SunQuest Cruises SOLARIS Champagne & Seafood Lunch Cruise
Celebrate the Kick-Off of the Sandestin Wine Festival on the SOLARIS Yacht

Sparkling waves and soft breezes set the mood for SunQuest Cruises’s Champagne & Seafood Lunch Cruise on Friday, April 17[SUP]th[/SUP] from 12 – 3 p.m. In partnership with Coastal Wine & Spirits, SunQuest Cruises presents the ultimate way to kick off the Sandestin Wine Festival. Docked at Sandestin’s Baytowne Marina, the SOLARIS and its chefs are featuring an elaborate four-course, Gulf Coast seafood menu each paired with premium champagnes.

“The Sandestin Wine Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the year and our location just steps away makes it a perfect way to celebrate the start of the weekend,” stated James Murray, General Manager for SOLARIS. “Our guests still talk about last year’s event and we look forward to another great culinary celebration on the water.”

Patrons will embark on an unforgettable day that begins with a Dockside Marina Reception at noon on the 125-foot yacht with Oysters on the Half Shell with Cucumber Mignonette, Lime and Blood Orange Ahi Tuna Ceviche and a Fresh Herb and Crawfish Spring Roll. Toast to the day with a Netherland Ombra cocktail, a blend of Stellina di Notte Prosecco and Nolet’s Silver Gin.

It’s smoothly sailing for the rest of the afternoon as the SOLARIS cruises the sparkling local waters with warm coastal breezes from the sky deck and panoramic views from all three decks. The following “Making Way Course” includes Grilled Jumbo Gulf Shrimp with Fiji Apple Salad and Green Curry Sauce perfectly paired with Ruinart’s Brut Rose Reims Champagne from France. For the “Waypoint Course”, the SOLARIS chefs will serve fresh local Cobia over Spicy Napa Cabbage and Mango Slaw, accompanied by a SOLARIS Rose Petal Lemonade with Chandon Brut Champagne and Ketel One “Oranje” Vodka.

For the “Quayside Finale Toast”, guests will enjoy a Seared Sea Scallop crowned by Wasabi Caviar. Sip on Vueve Clickquot Demi-Sec Champagne as the SOLARIS returns to the dock.

The SOLARIS Champagne & Seafood Lunch Cruise is $80 per person including a four-course meal, premium champagne pairings and two-hour cruise. The dockside reception begins at 12 p.m. with cruise from 1 – 3 p.m. Reservations required online at www.SunQuestCruises.com or call 850.650.2519.
