We will be purchasing a home in the area once we get to know it better. For now, I am looking for someone to help me find a rental. If I get what I'm looking for, I will be loyal to you when I purchase!

Santa Rosa with at least an Ocean View, closer to Ocean the better
Move in August-September
$2,400-$3,200 (negotiable for the right place)
3+ rooms
Must take well behaved dog.

Happy to sign a 2 year lease

Once settled we will be looking for a condo purchase as a second home.

Right now the long term rental market is scarce due to the lucrative short term summer rental rates. However once August rolls around there will be more inventory coming on the market(maybe not for over a year) I leave an email address and ill email you a list of long term rents in the MLS. There was a lakefront house on Eastern Lake that was asking $3500 can also see ocean last time I looked
