CR30A RESURFACING PH 4 - CAMP CREEK TO US 98E
The Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida (the “County”) is seeking competitive bids for the CR30A Resurfacing Project (Camp Creek to US 98).
ITB DEADLINE: September 6, 2017 no later than 10:00AM (local time) and will open immediately thereafter.
PROJECT:The CR30A Resurfacing Project (Camp Creek to US 98) is located in Santa Rosa Beach south of US Hwy 98. The scope of the proposed project will involve roadway rehabilitation along CR 30A from the eastern limit of the recently constructed Prominence turn lane improvements to the CR 30A/US 98 right-of-way intersection in Inlet Beach. The contractor will be required to mill and remove the existing asphalt pavement to and average depth of two inches throughout the mainline and paved shoulders within the project limits and deliver the reclaimed asphalt to the County’s pit on CR 83 in Blue Mountain Beach. Following milling operations, the contractor will be required to replace the milled surface with FC 12.5, 220 lb/sy (2” compacted thickness). The contractor will be required to provide Maintenance of Traffic throughout the duration of the construction timeframe and will be responsible for coordinating, inventorying, and replacing all pavement striping and markings removed and/or damaged during the construction process. Clipping of shoulders will be required prior to completion of the roadway rehabilitation efforts.
LATE BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE AFOREMENTIONED DEADLINE DATE, EITHER BY MAIL OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND RETURNED UNOPENED. THE TIME OF THE RECEIPT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE TIME RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING AGENT’S OFFICE. BIDS OFFERED ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VENDOR FOR ASSURING THAT BIDS ARE RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING OFFICE BY THE DESIGNATED DATE AND TIME. NO FAXED, ELECTRONIC, OR ORAL BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF ITS BID. BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED DAY AND TIME WILL NOT BE OPENED.
