30-a local looking for a long term rental. I am searching for a one, two, or three bedroom setup. No pets. Will be renting solo. I do architectural design work in the area and would be able to afford up to $1500.00 a month. Unfurnished preferred but could deal with furnished as well. Looking to move by the end of April.
