Front Desk Concierge:
The candidate who joins our team will be professional, friendly and on-point at all times. As the liaison between our guests and stylists, the Front Desk Concierge must communicate clearly and effectively and have the ability to work as part of a team. Must possess excellent customer service skills and have a personable nature. A Professional with a positive attitude, ingrained work ethic and polished appearance are also a must. Computer software experience required.
Responsibilities include:
– Greet guests, coordinate services, accept payment at completion
– Able to create and maintain the VIVO SPA experience
– Deal with front desk, retail sales, and scheduling
– Convert client needs into appointment reservations or sale of product
– Ensuring smooth delivery of guest service throughout the salon
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $9.00 to $12.50 /hour
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
Experience:
Front Desk: 2 years (Preferred)
Knowledge of Mac (IOS)
