Spring Break vs Summer

I am now a semi local, having bought a place in Oct and not quite ready for retirement yet to move down full time.
Question----are the restaurants in Santa Rosa, Seaside and Seagrove more crowded over Spring Break or Summer?

It really depends on which week. A few weeks in spring break are packed.. And holiday weekends in summer are outta control. Otherwise, it's normal crowded but doable usually. Depends on week.

Fifth spring break in BMB and its crowded but not like summer..however,BMB probably less crowed than the Seaside/Rosemary areas. BMB best kept secret for still being laid back and not over populated like retreats on east end..we are surround by Point Washington our growth is basically over...

I would definitely choose Inlet Beach or Dune Allen Beach if vacationing here. Or WaterSound Beach for a very special retreat. But, I would choose an old beach cottage right on the Gulf, if given a choice, in a not so crowded spot on Scenic 30A.
