Quoting a certified letter I received today:
"The City of PCB planning Board will consider the following request:
APPLICANT: Broad Street Partners L.L.C. for the St. Joe Company
Project Address/Location: Parcels #35351-005-000 and #35291-005-000 are located along the south side of Panama City Beach Parkway, between La Grand Drive and Downing Street
REQUEST: Master plan approval.
Meeting: September 12, 2005, 2 PM, City Council Meeting Room, 110 S. Arnold Road, PCB
The applicant for this request is required by the city of PCB to send you this letter because the tax rolls show you own property, in whole or in part, within three hundred feet of the suject property."
