Please join SWHS parents, staff, and faculty at the Seahawk Parent Roundtable meeting, Tuesday, Mar. 25th, 6 PM, in the media center.
We will be re-visiting the discussions on block scheduling, implementing an online grading system, and classroom space concerns/adding a building.
Teacher Appreciation Week will be discussed and planned.
We will also be asking for topic ideas for future meetings. A few ideas that have been mentioned are having the school board candidates attend a Roundtable meeting and speak about the qualifications and why they want to be on the Walton County School Board, the problem of teen alcohol/drug use, parental awareness of MySpace, Facebook, and online social networking problems/issues, and the college application process. Bring your ideas and share them!
