Yes, especially since terrorist rarely recruit women much less old women.
No, they are actively recruiting and training women. Their clothing makes it easier to conceal explosives, they often fake pregnancy w/ a "bomb" belly, and there are reports of experiments with breast implants.

Seems reasonable to me, with the EXCEPTION of those little old ladies with heavy 5o'clock shadow.

Oh you said heavy, missed that and was going to point out that plenty of women have hair issues at that age.
