New Year’s Eve Menu - Prix fixe $80


Salads
• Spinach-Bacon Blue - Spinach, Huntsman cheddar and blue, crispy fried wontons, house-cured, cherry-smoked, maple-bourbon bacon, and bacon vinaigrette
• Fried Brie Salad - Ginger panko-crusted wedge of Brie placed on a bed of arugula, citrus perfects, toasted black walnuts and cashews, champagne and pepper vinaigrette

Soups
• Lobster Bisque - Maine lobster pieces, heirloom tomatoes, Ocheesee cream
• French Onion Soup

Appetizers
•The Bay’s Pork Belly Napoleon - Ginger- and soy-braised pork belly placed on our potatoes Montgomery
• Jumbo Lump Crabmeat Martini - Jumbo lump crabmeat, avocadoes, red onions, and cilantro tossed in a shallot-black pepper mignonette
• Lobster Risotto - Lobster claw meat, chanterelle mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes and fresh herbs

Entrées
• Braised Veal Osso Buco
• 6-ounce filet mignon with sake and herb-butter-poached shrimp
• Miso fig-glazed black grouper with jumbo lump crab cake
~ All entrées are served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled Brussels sprouts tossed in house-made yellow mustard

Dessert - Trio to include:
• White chocolate bread pudding with vanilla brandy crème anglaise, triple-chocolate torte with raspberry sauce, pistachio cheesecake with caramel dust
