I hate to be Debbie Downer, but don't people need JOBS before they can afford a home?

Do people really grasp that this year will be much worse than last year?
Rising defaults
Rising foreclosures
Rising credit card delinquencies
Millions of homeowners underwater (25%)
Rising unemployment
Rising commercial real estate defaults and foreclosures
Negative household savings
Retirement (401k) wiped out
Most states are bankrupt
Most banks are bankrupt
Wall Street down 43%
World crippled by U.S. housing scam
Dollar sinking
National deficit 11 trillion (record high)
Government printing trillions more with no positive effect
